Booking conditions

Bookings

– Pre-Booking: from December 15 to February 28
– 30%: from March 1 or when making the reservation
– 70%: 2 days before the day of arrival or upon arrival at the complex
– Upon arrival at the complex you can request a credit card
– Cash payments maximum € 1,000
– Minimum stay 4 nights
– Minimum stay 7 nights in July and August

Cancellation policy

– You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your arrival at the complex, prior notification to reservas@villasetnia.com
– Refund of the amount paid, less 5% for management expenses
– 48 hours before 100% penalty of the reservation amount
– Between 3-5 days before 50%, between 6-15 days before 30%, between 16 and 29 days before 20%
– Management expenses will be discounted 5% of the amount paid

Important

– Reservations of more than 20 days can choose a villa, reservations of less than 20 days the company reserves the right to make possible changes in the assigned villas, within the same category
– Pets are not allowed in the complex
